Personality type is a starting point for conversation, not a label or a limit. Everyone can use every preference. The goal is to understand what comes most naturally and appreciate the gifts others bring.
A note from the founder
Hi, I’m Rachael!
I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people different—and how those differences can help us connect.
After 30 years in public service, training and mentoring colleagues, I created The Personality Post to make self-discovery approachable, memorable, and meaningful.
With more than 20 years of experience teaching, leading workshops, and training other teachers, I have a passion for helping people understand themselves and discover what they bring to the world.
As an MBTI® Certified Practitioner, Certified Public Manager, and Certified Public Supervisor, I bring both professional experience and a love of teaching to every session.
Personality type isn't about putting people in boxes. It’s about opening doors to understanding.

An interactive Personality Post workshop for high school students ages 14 and up, school groups, and homeschool groups. Students explore their natural preferences, understand one another, and discover how different strengths can work together.
Guided class feedback
Rachael leads students through the four preference pairs, explains their results, and helps each student explore their best-fit personality type. There is room for questions and reflection.
Learning through activities
Relatable examples, discussion, hands-on activities, and Personality Post Office games help students connect what they learn with everyday life and appreciate different approaches.
A workshop for your student group
Available in person at an agreed-upon location in Lee County, Florida, or through Zoom. Contact Rachael for class availability and group pricing. We’ll confirm the class length, group size, assessment arrangements, and cost before booking.
Written parent or guardian permission is required for students under 18. Personality preferences do not measure intelligence or ability, and no type is better than another.

Then, in a separate 60-minute career coaching session, explore your interests, strengths, career possibilities, and practical next steps. Available by Zoom or at an agreed-upon location in Lee County.
